Baby Catalina

My good friend Lindsey had me take some shots of her sweet baby, Catalina. After having 3 boys, she was so thrilled to finally have a girl. What a beautiful family.

 The eyes are so gorgeous in this one I can hardly stand it. And the expressions in the shot on the right are just scrumptious.

 I'll be honest, I don't usually love butterfly baby shots. But Lindsey had a million so cute girl props for the shoot. I secretly really like these, and I hope you do too!

Elle in the garden

This may sound odd, but sometimes I feel truly blessed to have a nice camera. Because capturing a moment like this, just the way I envision it, is a great feeling. Recently, we took a little weekend trip to Rexburg, Idaho to visit my husband's family. Elle had an especially good time exploring Great Grandma Weimer's garden. I'll post some more images from this adventure soon.

I am totally loving this cover shot for Vogue. It's so beautifully done. The athletes wearing gold is a nice touch too. Just thought I'd share.
